| Atria Senior Living Group is a leader in providing luxury retirement living, assisted living, and memory-care services for seniors. This major project involved renovating five floors of Atria’s corporate headquarters, located in the Brown and Williamson Tower in downtown Louisville. Swope Design Group was charged with providing a highly functional and efficient space plan and a cohesive look throughout the five floors. Swope’s services included a full design scope, including space planning, construction documents, lighting design, material and finish selection, furniture and furnishings selection, and project management. | |||
